Enrollment, Retention & Quality
Welcome!
Welcome!
The Zedo Student Volunteer Programme is part of Zedo Aid’s education consultancy services, designed to support organisations and communities in addressing school dropouts through structured youth engagement. This initiative focuses on fostering the spirit of volunteerism among youth aged 16 to 26 by creating meaningful, skill-based opportunities that contribute to community education outcomes.
At Zedo Aid, we recognise that community education leaders and schools often need additional human resource support to effectively respond to the challenges of at-risk learners. Through this programme, we connect trained and guided student volunteers to schools and community initiatives, ensuring that volunteer efforts are impactful, well-coordinated, and aligned with school retention strategies.
By participating, volunteers not only support community schools but also gain valuable life and career skills. The programme is structured to develop practical competencies such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and professional responsibility, while also strengthening community awareness and leadership capacity.
To ensure quality and impact, all volunteers are guided through Zedo Aid’s structured approach, policies, and supervision framework. Participants are also required to provide recommendations from individuals who have observed their commitment and work ethic.
We appreciate your interest in being part of this initiative. Your unique skills—whether in entrepreneurship, arts, sciences, sports, or languages—play a vital role in strengthening school communities and supporting learner retention.
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Zedo Aid. We look forward to working with you to create meaningful, measurable, and lasting impact.
